In memory of one of the first women to be ordained, the design has a feminine focus. The main theme is of the Virgin Mary and her associated symbol: the lily. Shapes of lily petals form most of the lead lines with Mary appearing in the central light. The glass colours are that of the days of creation and throughout the window are vine leaves and tendrils painted onto the English mouth blown glass.
